Davon S. St. John, 18, of 72 Oak St., Batavia was arrested on January 26, 2017 following an investigation into a domestic incident where he allegedly posted sexual images\/video of a child under 17 years of age.<\/p>\n
The images\/video were posted to one of his social media accounts and publicized via a different one of his social media accounts.<\/p>\n
St. John is charged with use of a child in a sexual performance,\u00a0 promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, promoting a sexual performance by a child, endangering the welfare of a child and 2 counts of sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n
