Speta, 30, of Pike, NY, charging him with criminal mischief 4th degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to a disturbance on Water Street in the village of Pike.\u00a0 Further investigation revealed that Speta had allegedly caused damage to the victim\u2019s video camera and wiring.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speta was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for the town of Pike court, where he is due to appear at a later date.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 4, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Cody W.
