On Thursday May 17 2018, Officer Hope arrested Ryan C. Dodge, no age provided, while located at his residence on Water Street in the village of Perry.<\/p>\n
Dodge was arrested for criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned at Perry Village Court in front of Justice Miller, Dodge was remanded to Wyoming county Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or bond. He will return to court on June 19, 2018 at Perry Village Court to answer charge.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday May 23, 2018, Officer Hope arrested Marcy A. Eaton on an active bench warrant issued by the Village of Perry court. It was brought before the court by Wyoming County Probation that Eaton had not been making payments to probation.<\/p>\n
Eaton paid the debt owed to probation while at arraignment and will not have to reappear at court.<\/p>\n
