The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff\u2019s Office during the Post Malone Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on May 26, 2018:<\/p>\n
Paige P. Koumanis, 20, of Hunting Valley South, Clarence, NY, was arrested for obstruction of governmental administration 2nd after allegedly interfering with NYS DMV Investigators while they were making an arrest. Koumanis was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.<\/p>\n
Michael P. Montgomery, 23, of E. Busch Blvd., Tampa, FL, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue without a ticket. He was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1000 bail.<\/p>\n
Garrett F. Lewis, 20, of Otisco Valley Rd., Marietta, NY, was arrested for criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd and resisting arrest after allegedly possessing four fake licenses and fighting with NYS DMV Investigators while being arrested. Lewis was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.<\/p>\n
A 17 year old male of Fort Erie, Ontario, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd and criminal possession of a weapon 4th after allegedly entering the concert venue without a ticket and being found in possession of brass knuckles. He was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $750 bail.<\/p>\n
Sierra M. L. Laborgne , 20,\u00a0 of Royal Ave., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly creating a disturbance while she was being investigated for striking two Live Nation employees. Laborgne was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.<\/p>\n

Tyler J. Holton, 21, of State Rt. 247,\u00a0 Rushville, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Joseph D. Philips, 21,\u00a0 of Roycroft Blvd., Snyder, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Taylor L. Helms, 22, of Goodrich Rd., Clarence, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Zachary P. Liberatore, 22, of Knob Hill Rd., Orchard Park, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly climbing over the exterior fence to view the concert.<\/p>\n
Ahmed Alfuraiji, 22, of Crowely Ave., Buffalo, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert without a ticket.<\/p>\n
Haythem Taih, 23, of Lawn Ave., Buffalo, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert without a ticket.<\/p>\n
Qosai S. Abokefaya, 22, of Gladstone St., Buffalo, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert without a ticket.<\/p>\n
Leonard W. Marinaccio, 19, of Tennyson Terr., Williamsville, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert without a ticket.<\/p>\n
Samantha R. Martens,19, of Fremont Ave., West Seneca, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert without a ticket.<\/p>\n
