Leonard A. Johnson III <\/em><\/strong> Chad Williams<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leonard A. Johnson III, 30, of Batavia, NY, and Chad Williams aka, “Messiah”, 52, of Rochester, NY, have each been each charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies, after a 6-month investigation into the possession, transportation, and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson III (2 counts for each charge) and Williams, were taken into custody on a sealed indictment warrant out of Genesee County Court on October 2, 2023. Both Johnson III, and Williams allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force while in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both were arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Task Force members were assisted by Uniformed Deputies of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tony R. Graber, 44, of East Avenue, Marilla, NY, is charged with burglary 2nd degree, criminal contempt 1st degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly illegally entering a residence, violating a full stay away order of protection while in possession of a narcotic substance believed to be fentanyl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graber was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on September 21st, 2023, and held without bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
