Holly M. Squires, 32, of West Bank St., Albion is charged with robbery 2nd, aided by another person causing physical injury, and assault 3rd, with intent to cause physical injury following an investigation into an incident that occurred on Church street in Alabama on May 27, 2018.<\/p>\n
Squires allegedly forcibly stole money while being aided by another person and causing physical injury to a third party.<\/p>\n
She was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and remanded to the Genesee County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n
Squires will re-appear in the Town of Alabama Court on June 7, 2018 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n

James M. Young, 54, of Thomas Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd after Young allegedly obstructed the breathing of the vehicle owner after she confronted him about returning the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Young was arraigned in Bethany Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n
He will appear in court again on June 5, 2018 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n

William R. Dieter Jr.,44,\u00a0 of Bennett Ave., Oakfield was placed under arrest for DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Main Road in Pembroke.<\/p>\n
Dieter Jr., was issued an appearance ticket and will appear ni Pembroke Town Court on July 12, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
