Horseman allegedly punched another person in the back of the head with a closed fist while that person was assisting in the arrest of another person.<\/p>\n
Horseman was arraigned in City Court and ordered held without bail. He re-appeared in court on May 24, 2018.<\/p>\n

On May 23, 2018 at 11:38a.m, Shaqueita L. Irvin, 26, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a reported disturbance at 16 Central Avenue on May 24, 2018.<\/p>\n
Irvin was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash or bond.<\/p>\n
Irvin appeared in court on May 24, 2018.<\/p>\n

Ahdeosun R. Aiken, 20, of\u00a0 Ellicott avenue in Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to a disturbance at 17 Central Avenue on May 24, 2018.<\/p>\n
Aiken was transported and jailed. He was arraigned in City Court and will re-appear on May 24, 2018<\/p>\n
