Hooten, 35, and Brittanee J. Hooten, 34, both of State St., Batavia, NY, are each charged with petit larceny and grand larceny 4th degree, after allegedly stealing a person&#8217;s debit card and using it without their permission on September 3, 2023 in Oakfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both James and Brittanee were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brittanee was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oakfield Town Court on November 6, 2023 and then released on recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James was arraigned in CAP Court on October 13, 2023 and a refrain from order of protection was issued against James. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terry D. Wilcoxen, 43, of Sandpit Rd., Alexander, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident on Sandpit Road in Alexander on October 12, 2023 at 4:59p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wilcoxen was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Alexander Town Court on November 28, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael I. White, 19, of Day St., Albion, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree and criminal trespass 2nd degree, after a reported disturbance in Byron on October 6, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">White allegedly made entry into a residence in which he did not have permission to be at. White allegedly caused damage in excess of $250. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">White was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on October 9, 2023 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">George J. Budzinack, 43, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny in connection to a  larceny that occurred at the Shoe Dept. at 4140 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Dr. on October 6, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budzinack allegedly stole shoes from the store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budzinack was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 24, 2023 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>James D.
