On Thursday May 24, 2018 in the Village of Perry at a local business, Officers were called for an aggressive male.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival it was found that the male, Nathan Arieno, 21,\u00a0 of Rochester, New York had possession of a controlled substance and packaging for drug paraphilia.<\/p>\n

Officer Spink placed Arieno under arrest in the Village of Perry.<\/p>\n

Arieno was arraigned in Perry Village Court in front of Honorable Judge Bogart.\u00a0 He was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash, $5000 bond.<\/p>\n

Arieno was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree. Arieno has a return court date of June 19, 2018 at 1:00pm in Perry Village Court to answer the charges.<\/p>\n
