Edward R. Loper, 30, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, and Brianna R. Button, 22, of King St., Albion are each charged with robbery 2nd after allegedly stealing money from a victim on Church street in Alabama on May 27, 2018.<\/p>\n
Loper allegedly stole the money from the victim while Button allegedly caused physical injury to the victim during the robbery.<\/p>\n
Button was also charged with assault 3rd.<\/p>\n
Loper was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail.<\/p>\n
Button was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and jailed on $10,000 bail.<\/p>\n

William J. Velky, 36, of Macomber Rd., Oakfield, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing wood from another person on Macomber Road in Oakfield on May 27, 2018.<\/p>\n
Velky was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on June 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
