Hryckowian, 64, of Eagle, NY, charging him with DWI.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop on Route 78 in the town of Java, Hryckowian was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.\u00a0 Troopers determined Hryckowian had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.08% BAC.\u00a0 Hryckowian was released with appearance tickets for the town of Java court, where he is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 21, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Mark E.
