Four family dogs were rescued from a house fire on Christ Road in the Town of Warsaw on Monday afternoon, after smoke was spotted coming from the house by a mail carrier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fire crews from Warsaw, Silver Springs, Perry Center, Wyoming, Attica and Varysburg responded to the residence owned by Darren and Tammy Long about 3:27p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No injuries were reported and crews were on scene for about four hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both occupants are being assisted by the Red Cross after the home sustained significant damage from the fire. Estimated loss is $100,000. Four family dogs were rescued by firefighters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The cause remains under investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
