Patricia McDonald<\/em><\/strong>, 37, of East Ave., Batavia, NY, is charged with offering a false instrument for
filing in the first degree and grand larceny 3rd degree, after an investigation by Social Services
Investigator Robert Riggi. McDonald is accused of falsely reporting that her children were
residing with her in order to obtain additional SNAP benefits in the amount of $2501.
McDonald was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on her own recognizance.

James Harris<\/em><\/strong>, 63, of Oak St., Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree and welfare fraud 4th degree, after an investigation by Genesee County Department of Social Services Investigator Robert
Riggi. Harris is accused of failing to report income from a job he had held resulting in him receiving
$2395 in SNAP benefits he was not entitled to. Harris was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court
and released on his own recognizance.

Remy Lacey<\/em><\/strong>, 33, of East Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with welfare fraud 3rd degree and grand larceny
