Matthew J. Florian, 29, of Slusser Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 % or more and following too closely after a property damage accident that occurred at the intersection of West Main street and River street on June 2, 2018 at 11:18p.m.<\/p>\n

Florian is accused of rear ending another pick up truck that was waiting at the red light facing west on West Main street. The male driver of that vehicle was not injured.<\/p>\n

Florian allegedly was operating his pick up truck with a BAC of .08% or more and was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on June 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n
