Main St., Batavia, NY, is accused of obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, after allegedly obscuring the view of a camera at the Genesee County Jail with shaving cream on November 5, 2023 where Grayson is currently being held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grayson was arrested and returned to the custody of the Genesee County Jail. He will appear in Batavia City Court on November 21, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brian W. Kennedy, 47, of E. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny, possession of burglar tools and conspiracy 6th degree, after allegedly entering Dick&#8217;s Sporting Goods on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive and removing a security tag from a coat and then exiting the store, passing all points of sale without paying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kennedy was located moments later inside Walmart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 28, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case was handled by Deputy Cummings, Ferando and Schildwaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John J. Saddler Jr., 36, of W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a commissary bag from the Genesee County Jail during a commissary distribution on November 6, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saddler was issued an appearance ticket and released to the custody of the Genesee County Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is due to appear in Batavia City Court on November 21, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sylvan P.
