Adam J. Arsenault, 32, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with menacing a police officer, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction after brandishing a knife at officers who where attempting to arrest him on an unrelated warrant on June 2, 2018.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred at 133 Hutchins street after Arsenault was released from Strong Hospital.<\/p>\n

Arsenault was being arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on an appearance ticket and was jailed without bail.<\/p>\n
