Arnold, 26, of Terry St., Byron, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing after a report of two males in a physical altercation on Terry street om Byron on May 30, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Arnold allegedly choked another person during an altercation.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Arnold will re-appear in Byron Town court on June 4, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Scott D. Beswick, 44, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following a complaint of a possible violation of an order of protection in the Town of Batavia on May 30, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Beswick was arrested for allegedly possessing and consuming alcohol in his residence in violation of an order of protection.<\/p>\n<p>He was processed at the jail and released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 4, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nathan R.
