The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff\u2019s Office during the Kendrick Lamar Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on June 3, 2018:<\/p>\n
Jack E. Katzman, age 20, of Addison Dr., St. Catherines, Ontario, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3rd and Criminal Tampering 3rd after allegedly damaging a window to a Darien Lake camping trailer with his elbow and then entering a Darien Lake cabin and smearing blood on multiple surfaces. Katzman was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.<\/p>\n
John K. Donnell, age 19, of Gulick Rd., Naples, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a Genesee County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy. Donnell was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $100 bail.<\/p>\n
Donovan M. McCann, age 18, of Cornell Ave., Amherst, NY, was arrested for Trespass and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return he was then was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. McCann was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.<\/p>\n
The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on June 26, 2018 at 3:00 P.M.:<\/p>\n
Zachary F. Perkins, age 22, of Beilman Ct., Hamburg, NY, was arrested and pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct, a violation, in Darien Town Court.<\/p>\n
Zachary J. Black, age 21, of Woodbine Ave., West Seneca, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Graham S. Schild, age 18, of Chatham Woods, Pittsford, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Donald C. Bielefeld, age 19, of Humboldt Place, Depew, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Marissa L. Hayes, age 19, of Mark Dr., N. Tonawanda, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Trespass after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return twice.<\/p>\n
Rani V. Patel, age 18, of Beresford CT., Williamsville, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Matthew J. Mruk, age 20, of Arrowood Ln., Orchard Park, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Matthew E. Poblocki, age 20, of N. Transit Hill, Depew, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Allison J. Attea, age 19, of Lockhart Cir., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Hailey J. Miller, age 18, of Silent Meadow Ln, Orchard Park, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Kathryn A. Clancy, age 19, of Charles Dr., Camillus, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Gordon H. Nelson, age 21, of Brookhaven Terr., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Bradley L. Logan, age 18, of Newton Rd., Hamburg, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
Alexander D. Jennings, age 18, of East River Rd., Grand Island, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly striking a Darien Lake Medic inside the venue.<\/p>\n
Joshua J. Mase, age 26, of Farnsworth Ave., Oakfield, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
A 17 year old, of Transit Rd., Orchard Park, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.<\/p>\n
