Newton, 47, of Darien, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old and harassment 2nd degree, following an investigation after a domestic incident on November 23, 2023 at 12:55a.m. in Darien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Newton was arraigned in CAP Court November 25, 2023 and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jonathan C.
