Porter, 27, of Gilbert St., LeRoy, was arrested on a City Court warrant charging him with aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly making threatening statements to another person over the phone on July 28, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Porter is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 bail\/bond and is scheduled to re-appear in court on June 7, 2018 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jason A. McFollins, 40, of Union St., Batavia, turned himself in on a bench warrant on May 21, 2018 for failing to comply with a court ordered program. McFollins missed a day of the program.
