The Grand Jury of The County of Genesee, by this Indictment, accuses the Defendant, Joseph D. Johnson, of the crime of ROBBERY IN THE THIRD DEGREE, contrary to Penal Law Section 160.05, a class D felony, in that he, the said Joseph D. Johnson, on or about the 10th day of August, 2023, while at Batavia Downs Casino, located at 8315 Park Road, in the Town of Batavia, County of Genesee, State of New York, forcibly stole property, to wit: a Batavia Downs Gaming voucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
