On June 8, 2018, Officer Hope arrested Carl McCready, 30, for assault 3rd following a domestic incident which occurred on\u00a0 Handley Street in the Village of Perry.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival, it was found that McCready had struck another male subject in the face with a closed fist causing a laceration above the left eye of the victim.<\/p>\n
McCready was arraigned in Warsaw Village Court and was released and is to appear at Wyoming County Probation.<\/p>\n
