Sumeriski, 33, of Buffalo St., Alexander, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, uninspected motor vehicle, driver&#8217;s view obstructed and disorderly conduct following a complaint of a man laying in the roadway in the Town of Bethany on Transit road at 3:21a.m. on June 8, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Sumeriski allegedly was operating a vehicle impaired by drugs.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Bethany Court on August 21, 2018 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Laura J. Santiago, 55, of Hundredmark Rd., Elba, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a traffic offense complaint on Main street in Batavia on June 8, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 19, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>William G. Homer, 67, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment 2nd after allegedly grabbing another person by the throat, applying pressure and then shoving that person backwards on Bank street road on June 8, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Homer\u00a0 was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on June 9, 2018 by Judge Cleveland and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n<p>He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and will appear in court again on June 26, 2018 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joshua D.
