Joseph D. Berry, 32, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd\/weapon, and harassment 2nd after allegedly threatening to use a weapon, a large rock, to inflict bodily harm upon a store clerk at a convenience store at 505 East Main street on June 3, 2018.<\/p>\n
Berry was arraigned in City Court before Judge Balbick and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.<\/p>\n

Jordan S. Thomas, 19, of East Ave., Batavia, was arrested on an active bench warrant for failure to comply with the conditions of his supervised release.<\/p>\n
Thomas was located by Genesee County Probation Officers during a probation check on June 8, 2018.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail.<\/p>\n

Carrie A. Poray, 40, of Oatka Trail, LeRoy, was located by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and arrested on a City Court Bench warrant for failing to appear on two traffic tickets that were issued in January of 2018.<\/p>\n
Poray was transported to Batavia Police Headquarters and was processed and arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick.<\/p>\n
She was ordered to pay a fine before her next scheduled court date on August 8, 2018 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n
