Bufano, 39, and Jenna M. Psomiadis, 35, both of Rochester, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree\/greater than $3,000 and unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd degree\/without the owner&#8217;s consent, after allegedly being found to be in possession of a stolen 2009 Chevrolet Impala in Bergen on December 14, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bufano was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after multiple bags of cocaine were allegedly found during a search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both Bufano and Psomiadis were arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held pending CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">William J. Vega-Rodriguez, no age provided, of Batavia, NY, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree, after allegedly submitting a form to the Genesee County Clerk&#8217;s Office in which he knew to be not true and that such form would be recorded into the record for official purposes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on August 24, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vega-Rodriguez was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Batavia Court on January 9, 2024 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthew R. Bankes, 36, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI and speeding in a 55mph zone, after a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in Bergen on December 10, 2023 at 2:52a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Banks will appear in Bergen Town Court on January 24, 2024 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ryan W.
