Dustin L. Landin, 39, of James St., Batavia, is charged with 2 counts of\u00a0 criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, after being arrested on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant on June 11, 2018.<\/p>\n
Landin allegedly sold a quantity of a controlled substance on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.<\/p>\n
Landin was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.<\/p>\n
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n

Antwan M. Maye, 35, of 10th St., Butner, NC, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal possession of marijuana, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop for speeding on Ellicott street road in Pavilion on June 12, 2018.<\/p>\n
Maye was stopped for traveling 51 mph in a 35 mph zone in the area of 6935 Ellicott street road.<\/p>\n
Maye was found to allegedly possess two separate controlled substances, marijuana in excess of 25 grams and drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on July 3, 2018 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
