Dell was originally taken into custody on an active<br>Bench Warrant out of Warsaw Town Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dell was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court on January 24, 2024 and committed to the Wyoming County Jail. Dell was scheduled to appear in Warsaw Town Court January 29, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On January 27, 2024, at approximately 12:04 P.M., a Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s deputy stopped a<br>vehicle on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon for a speeding violation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a DMV check, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, Janelle Rhodes, 37, of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, had a suspended New York State driver\u2019s license.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rhodes was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other<br>traffic infractions. Rhodes was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Sheldon Town Court<br>on February 12, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On January 28, 2024, at approximately 4:50 P.M., the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to<br>Walmart, 2348 Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw, for a shoplifting complaint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walmart employees accused Jordan Baxter, 19, of Castile, NY, of taking merchandise without paying for it.<br>Baxter was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baxter was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Warsaw Town Court on February 12, 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicole Dell, AKA Nicole K Sullivan, 38, of Silver Springs, NY, was arrested and charged with Bail Jumping 3rd degree by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office.
