The Genesee County Drug Task Force and the Batavia Police Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence at 36 Dellinger Avenue in the City of Batavia on February 2, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The warrant was executed as part of a narcotics investigation by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, the following three people were located and charged. <\/p>\n\n\n

Pierre Mahon Humphrey<\/strong> (aka “Gamechanger”), 33, of Trentall Street, Rochester, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n

Malinda June Falk<\/strong>, 42, of Dellinger Avenue, Batavia, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n

\n
\"\"<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Matthew J. Reed,<\/strong> 39, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three are charged with the following crimes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree\/possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, a class B felony (2 counts)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree\/possession of a narcotic drug in excess of one-half ounce, a class B felony<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criminal Use of a Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor (2 counts)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three subjects were arraigned in the City of Batavia Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Humphrey was held on no bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Falk and Reed were both released under supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
