Steven D. Kaczmarek, 58, of Attica, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 1st degree\/possession of an explosive\/with intent to use the same unlawfully against the person or property of another, a class B felony. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the NYS Police, Kaczmarek was allegedly in possession of an explosive with the President’s name on it. The Bureau of Criminal Investigations is actively working on the investigation with other agencies. The case may be turned over to the ATF or FBI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaczmarek was arrested on January 29, 2024 at 10:50a.m., he was arraigned with cash bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On January 29, 2024, Troopers out of SP Olean arrested Charles H. Green, 63, of Alabama, NY, charging him with Driving While Intoxicated\/drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th<\/sup> degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Troopers also arrested Danny W. Hamm, 62, of Alabama, NY, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd<\/sup> degree, a class C felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On January 29, 2024, at 7:00 P.M., Troopers out of SP Olean responded to a vehicle collision on I-86 east bound in the town of Carrollton, NY. An investigation determined that the operator lost control of the vehicle while in motion. The operator, Green, allegedly showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. The passenger, Hamm, was in possession of a Smith and Wesson .38 Caliber revolver. Hamm does not possess a pistol permit. Both also allegedly possessed Methamphetamine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Hamm was arraigned and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $2,500 bail. Both are to appear at the Town of Carrollton Court later in February 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shanaya N. Brooks, 22, of Gowanda, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree, a class E felony, and felony DWI\/previous conviction within the last 10 years, on February 1, 2024 at 6:04p.m. in the Village of Castile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Brooks was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dallas R. Reuther, 23, of Akron, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance\/narcotic, a class B felony, on January 30, 2024 at 11:11p.m. in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reuther was arraigned in CAP Court.
