Robert C. Frank, 39, of Kensington Ave., Buffalo, is charged with DWI and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after allegedly attempting to steal a vehicle at 100 Main street on June 25,\u00a0 2018.<\/p>\n
Frank was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n
He is due back in court at a later date.<\/p>\n

Nikkia M. Smith -Neal, 32, of E. Main street, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting at Tops Supermarket on June 22, 2018.<\/p>\n
Smith-Neal was located in a neighboring parking lot and taken into custody without incident.<\/p>\n
Smith-Neal was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail.<\/p>\n
Smith-Neal will return to court at a later date.<\/p>\n

Brooke L. Brumber, 18, of Washington Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after she allegedly violated a stay away order of protection on Washington avenue on June 21, 2018.<\/p>\n
Brumber was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 10, 2018.<\/p>\n

Noah J. Freeman, 20, of Lewiston Rd., Basom, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, no headlight and uninspected motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Law street on June 20, 2018.<\/p>\n
Also charged was a passenger in the vehicle, Alexis R. Chavez, 19, of Elba. He is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n
