Sponaugle, 19, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 4th after a road rage incident at 100 Main street on June 29, 2018 at 2:52p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Sponaugle allegedly brandished a shotgun, pointing it at another person during the incident.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond bail.<\/p>\n<p>Sponaugle will appear in court today to answer the charges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jacob J.
