Ronald G. Metz, 69, of Lewis Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to signal and failed to keep right after an erratic driving complaint on West Main street on June 29, 2018.<\/p>\n
Metz was stopped on Redfield Parkway at 4:51p.m. and was allegedly in an intoxicated condition while operating his vehicle.<\/p>\n
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 18, 2018 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n
The incident was investigated by Investigator Chris Parker and Deputy James Stack.<\/p>\n

Thomas A. Wolford, 42, of Ringquist St., Las Vegas, NV, is charged with DWI, and failure to dim headlights following a traffic stop on Clinton Street in Stafford on July 2, 2018 at 1:19a.m.<\/p>\n
Wolford was driving west on Clinton street when he allegedly failed to dim his headlights to oncoming traffic.<\/p>\n
