At about 7:25am on February 4, 2017,\u00a0 Officer Slocum as well as the Perry Fire Department responded to 45 Watrous street for a report of a deck being on fire. <\/span><\/p>\n

After further investigation by Officer Slocum it was found that the deck was set on fire by Ryan Mcdanel, 33, of\u00a0 45 Watrous St., Perry. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mcdanel was charged with arson 4th, a class E felony, and was also arrested on a warrant.<\/p>\n

He was arraigned in Perry Village Court and held on $10,000.00 cash bail and 50,000 bond. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
