Keith R. White, 46, of Oliver St., North Tonawanda, is charged with burglary 3rd and grand larceny 4th after allegedly entering and remaining unlawfully at Wal-mart at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive on July 6, 2018 at 11:23a.m.<\/p>\n
While inside the building, White intended and then committed the crime of larceny.<\/p>\n
White is being held at the Genesee County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n

Kelly P. DiMatteo, 34, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right on a two lane road and moving from a lane unsafely after a one vehicle accident on Lyman road in the Town of Byron on July 4, 2018.<\/p>\n
Following an investigation, it was determined that DiMatteo was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.<\/p>\n
DiMatteo was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n

Michael A. Shelter, 28, of Judge Rd., Oakfield, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a full stay away order of protection on Pearl Street in Oakfield on July 8, 2018.<\/p>\n
Shelter was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court and held on $2,500 cash bail.<\/p>\n
Shelter appeared in Town Court again yesterday at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n
