Michael W. Smith, 48, of Warsaw, was arrested after a check on a motorist that had pulled over to the side of the road on February 6, 2017.<\/p>\n
Smith had pulled his vehicle over to the side of the road on Suckerbook Road in the Town of Perry when a Sheriff\u2019s Deputy pulled up next to him to see if everything was okay.<\/p>\n
Following a quick conversation and apparent signs of intoxication, Deputy Chase had Smith exit the vehicle and perform standardized field sobriety testing.<\/p>\n
Smith was subsequently arrested at 6:42p.m. for DWI.<\/p>\n
He was then transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Smith submitted to the breath chemical test which revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.33%, more than 4 times the legal limit.<\/p>\n
He is charged with uninspected motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .18 or more.<\/p>\n
Smith was released to the care of a third party and will return to the Town of Perry Court on March 1, 2017.<\/p>\n

Shannon McDonald, 39, is charged by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office and the Department of Social Services with non-support of a child 2nd , for continuously failing to make regular court ordered child support payments, although he was employed from August of 2016 to December of 2016.<\/p>\n
He is charged with one count for a case in which he owes $4,595.94 and charged with another count for a case in which he owes $25,561.56.<\/p>\n
