McCoy, 46, of Attica, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, and 3 counts of unlawful possession of personal identification information 3rd degree, after an investigation into incident that occurred at a residence in Oakfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCoy allegedly stole an aggregate amount of $2,800.67 U.S. dollars from October 19th, 2023-January 28th, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCoy was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in Oakfield Town Court on May 6th, 2024 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jennifer L. McCoy, 46, of Attica, NY is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a donated bicycle from a local not for profit organization in Stafford, NY on July 25, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCoy was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on May 7, 2024 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joshua J. King, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, and aggravated DWI\/Per Se\/BAC of .18% or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">King was processed at the Genesee County Jail and was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on April 11, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James R. Briggs, 48, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny complaint at Walmart, 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, on March 14, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Briggs allegedly stole merchandise from the store and passed all points of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Briggs will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 9, 2024 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jennifer L.
