On February 1, 2017 at 6:30 a.m., The Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office arrested two people following a vehicle and traffic stop on\u00a0 Route 31 in the Town of Albion.<\/p>\n
Joel Rivera, 25, of Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, N.Y.,was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a felony and failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.<\/p>\n
Rivera was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his driving privileges had been suspended or revoked 25 times with 24 scoffs on 15 separate dates.<\/p>\n
A passenger in Rivera\u2019s vehicle, Johnathon W. Donohue, 39, of Hindsburg Rd, Albion, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.<\/p>\n
Donohue was allegedly in possession of 10 diazepam pills.<\/p>\n
Rivera and Donohue were arraigned before Town of Albion Justice, J. Fuller.<\/p>\n
Bail was set in the amount of $2,500 for Rivera, $1,000 for Donohue. Both were remanded to the custody of the Sheriff and both appeared in court this morning.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
