He pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd(2 counts) and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd(2 counts))<\/p>\n<p>A 19 year old male, of LeRoy, was picked up on two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after being taken into custody on an arrest warrant during a traffic stop in the Town of Batavia on Thursday July 12, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>He allegedly sold a controlled substance to an agent of the Genesee County drug Task Force on two occasions.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned this morning in Genesee County Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n<p>Task Force members were assisted by Batavia Police Officers and the Genesee County District Attorney&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(UPDATE: The teen was granted youthful offender status in November of 2019 and sentenced to three years probation.
