Michael Brade Jr., 34, of Olyn Ave., Batavia, is charged with sex offender failed to report change\/1st offense, after allegedly failing to register his email address within 10 days of opening the account on June 19, 2018. Brade Jr. is a level 3 sex offender.<\/p>\n

The Batavia Police Department began their investigation after being notified of the violation by NYS Parole.<\/p>\n

Brade Jr. was arraigned in City Court before Judge Balbick and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n

He was then transported to the Genesee County Jail as he is being held there on parole violations prior to this arrest.<\/p>\n

Brade Jr. is scheduled to appear in City Court on August 2, 2018 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Matthew I. Diers, 34, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with sex offender failed to report change\/1st offense, after allegedly failing to register his Facebook account and email address within 10 days of opening the accounts on July 9, 2018. Diers is a level 2 sex offender.<\/p>\n

The Batavia Police Department was notified of the violation by the NYS Department of Parole.<\/p>\n

Diers was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail .<\/p>\n

Diers was already being held at the jail on parole violations.<\/p>\n
