Debora J. Bennett, 59, of Silver Springs, NY, was arrested following a roll-over motor vehicle accident on Route 238 in the Town of Attica on July 14, 2018.<\/p>\n

Bennett was operating her 2013 Buick southbound on Route 238 when she drove across the oncoming lane, struck a guide rail and overturned the vehicle multiple times. Bennett sustained minor injuries in the event.<\/p>\n

Bennett was later charged with failure to keep right and DWAI\/Drugs.<\/p>\n

Bennett was released and scheduled to answer the charges on August 13, 2018 in the Town of Attica Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
