A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Amelia R. Witkowski and she is accused of burglary 2nd, a class C violent felony, after she knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling on Main road in the Town of Pembroke on or about January 29, 2016 with intent to commit a crime therein.<\/p>\n
In count two of the indictment, Witkowski is accused of making a punishable false written statement, a class A misdemeanor, in that she made a false statement which she did not believe to be true in a written instrument bearing a legally authorized form notice to the effect that false statements made therein are punishable on or about January 30, 2016.<\/p>\n
