Fleischman, 39, of Arcade, NY for aggravated DWI(with a child passenger less than 16) and Driving While Intoxicated.<\/p>\n<p>During a traffic stop for speeding on Route 16 in the Town of Hinsdale, Troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Fleischman. At the time of the stop, Fleischman had a 13-year-old passenger in the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers administered field sobriety tests which indicated Fleischman was intoxicated.<\/p>\n<p>She was arrested and transported to State Police in Olean, where she was found to have a .08% BAC.<br \/>\nFleischman was issued appearance tickets returnable to Hinsdale Town Court later this month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On July 14, 2018, State Police in Olean arrested Beth A.
