Hume, 35, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after an investigation into a single vehicle accident on Roanoke Road in Pavilion on April 18, 2024 at 1:12a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hume was transported to the Genesee County jail for processing and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on May 16, 2024 at 3:00p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daniel J. Wright, 61, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, a speed violation\/exceeding 55mph, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after being stopped for traffic violations on Lake Street Road in LeRoy on April 21, 2024 at 1:38a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies say Wright was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wright was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets. He will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on May 7, 2024 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krista M. Penkszyk, 38, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny and harassment 2nd degree\/physical contact, after deputies responded to a residence in Batavia for a domestic incident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penkszyk allegedly was involved in a physical altercation and allegedly stole property that was not hers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penkszyk was held for CAP Court and was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers on April 17, 2024 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amirose E.
