Leonard E. Hahn, 17, of South St., LeRoy, is charged with rape 1st, a class A felony, following an investigation into a complaint in the Town of Alabama in April of 2016.<\/p>\n

Hahn allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a child that is less than 11 years old on April 15, 2016 in Alabama, NY.<\/p>\n

Hahn was arraigned February 8, 2017 in the Town of Alabama Court by Judge Tauscher and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n

He will re-appear in the Town of Alabama Court on March 2, 2017 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Gari L. Fields, 33, of Lehigh St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Stafford Court for traffic violations from September 4, 2007 on Morganville road.<\/p>\n

Fields was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court and bail was set at $250 cash or $2,500 bond.<\/p>\n

Fields is due back in Stafford Town Court on February 14, 2017 .<\/p>\n
