Shawn B. Springsteen, 53, of Fitchett St., Poughkeepsie, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st following a domestic incident at a truck stop on Rt. 77 in the Town of Pembroke on July 18, 2018.<\/p>\n
Springsteen allegedly violated an order of protection by being in the presence of the protected party at 8484 Alleghany Road.<\/p>\n
Springsteen was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.<\/p>\n
He is due back in court on August 2, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Maurice D. Doleman Sr.,49, of Killian Rd., Pembroke, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, illegal signal less than 100 feet and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop on Killian road in Pembroke on July 17, 2018.<\/p>\n
Doleman was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n
He will re-appear in court on August 14, 2018 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n

Andrea M. Gray, 40, of Lake St. LeRoy, is charged with criminal mischief\/intent to damage property after an investigation into a complaint on East Main street on July 10, 2018.<\/p>\n
Gray was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town on Batavia Court on July 30, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Jacob W. Klotzbach, 26, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation of a shoplifting complaint on 390 West Main street, Tops Supermarket, in the City of Batavia on July 16, 2018.<\/p>\n
Klotzbach allegedly stole from the grocery store by passing all points of purchase with $22.67 worth of merchandise in a backpack.<\/p>\n
Klotzbach was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in City Court on August 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
