Courtney, 28, of Batavia, NY, is charged with four counts of possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, grand larceny 3rd degree, and grand larceny 4th degree, after allegedly possessing forged checks, a stolen credit card, and also withdrew a total of $7,284.85 from the victim’s bank account without permission on April 4, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Courtney was arrested on May 1st and held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment through Centralized Arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew J. Sanchez-Sanquiche, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree and criminal contempt 2nd degree, following an investigation on West Main Street Road on April 23, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sanchez-Sanquiche allegedly possessed a handgun without a valid pistol permit. He was also in noncompliance with an order of protection that stated all firearms must be surrendered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sanche-Sanquiche was held at the Genesee County jail, awaiting CAP Court arraignment on April 24, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 20, 2024, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office investigated the report of a damaged vehicle and a physical altercation on Rt. 5 in the Town of Pembroke<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An investigation revealed that Jason A. Armstrong, no age or address provide, allegedly damaged the windshield of a vehicle and punched a person in the face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Armstrong was arrested and arraigned in CAP Court and held without bail. He will return to Pembroke Town Court on May 8, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fernando Campos, 28, of Sunrise, Fla., was arrested and charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a 55-mph zone and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on April 29, 2024, following a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Town of Bergen at 12:50a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
