Buzzell, 18, of Burke Dr., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after allegedly stealing property exceeding the amount of $1,000 from a discount department store on Veterans Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia while she was employed there.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred on July 20, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Buzzell will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 30, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 16 year old female of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after she allegedly stole money from her cash register while working at Wal-mart on July 13, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 30, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer A. Roskey, 37, of S. Main St., Oakfield, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after she violated a stay away order of protection on July 19, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Roskey was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on July 23, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Katlyn M.
