Beals, 53, of Batavia, NY, is charged with menacing 2nd degree, after allegedly pointing and shooting a BB gun towards an individual, placing that individual in fear of physical injury. The incident occurred on W. Main St. Rd. in Batavia on May 14, 2024 at 7:16a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beals was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released. He will return to court on June 11, 2024 at 10:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ronald P. Dixon Jr., 45, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree\/intent to cause serious physical injury, after a roadside investigation on West Main St. Rd. in Batavia on May 4, 2024 at 11:41p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies say an assault allegedly occurred inside of a vehicle and Dixon is allegedly the suspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dixon Jr. was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was held for a CAP Court Arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hector Martinez Jr., 20, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree, after he allegedly stole a four-wheeler valued at over $3,000 from a location on Buffalo Road in Bergen on May 2, 2024 at 4:45p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martinez was arraigned in CAP Court and released on recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Bergen Town Court on May 15, 2024 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kathleen M. Pritchard, 45, of Stafford, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd\/physical contact, after a domestic incident in Stafford on May 10, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pritchard was arrested and held for CAP Court and was arraigned in front of Judge Mattice on May 11, 2024, at 9:00a.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeffrey T. Hodgins, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speed in excess of 55mph, after a traffic stop in the Town of Bethany on May 10, 2024 at 9:45p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hodgins was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on June 26, 2024 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lance D.
