Vendetta, 37, of Gasport, NY, for DWI and aggravated DWI.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers were dispatched for report of a sick or intoxicated driver northbound on Route 63 in the Town of Shelby.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers stopped Vendetta on Route 31 in the Town of Shelby for crossing hazard markings. While speaking to Vendetta, the operator, Troopers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage.
