Fowler, 35, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol in the Village of Oakfield on S. Campbell, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny following a complaint on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on May 13, 2024 at 12:56p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Campbell allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on an appearance ticket returnable tot the Town of Batavia Court on May 30, 2024 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael J. Torres, 40, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree while being picked up on a bench warrant out of Genesee County Court.
